Returns Policy

At Lumenlinks Ltd we pride ourselves in providing you with exceptional levels of customer service which extends to our returns policy. We endeavour to make every effort to fulfil valid requests for returns and will refund authorised returns as promptly as possible.

However, please do not return any stock to us without first contacting us to discuss the return of your unwanted items. No returned goods will be accepted without our previous authorisation.


  • Your contact details (Name, address, e-mail, and telephone number)

  • What you would like to return.

  • Your date of purchase.

  • An acceptable reason for return

  • Lumenlinks Ltd order/invoice number

  • All Returns will be done on Friday or Monday.

  • Returned parcels should be sent on a trackable service, so the customer has a proof of delivery should we need a copy to process a refund in the case of a missing parcel etc.

We will do everything possible to comply with reasonable requests for returns and will issue any refund due to you as promptly as possible.

Our customers are entitled to a 7-day cancellation right. Therefore, any incorrectly ordered or unwanted items can be returned to us for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your delivery. The goods must be unused and suitable for resale. This excludes any specially supplied goods that are not a normal stock item.


If you receive damaged goods, we will need a picture of the damages for proof. Once we have received the picture, we will have replacements sent out or we will issue you a refund. Please email the pictures to

The customer should inspect the products upon receipt and notify Lumenlinks Ltd within 7 days if they deem the goods be faulty or damaged. If the customer fails to notify Lumenlinks ltd within 7 days of delivery that their goods are broken or faulty, the customer will be judged to have accepted the goods. We cannot accept any claims for faulty or broken goods more than 7 days after delivery.

Lumenlinks Ltd may choose to refund any damages rather than issuing replacements if sending replacements is not feasible. We will endeavour to offer replacements in most situations.


Should the customer wish to cancel the order prior to dispatch, payment shall be refunded in full within 7 days. The customer should inspect the products upon receipt and notify LumenLinks Ltd within 7 days should the goods be faulty or damaged. Should the customer fail to notify LumenLinks Ltd within 7 days, the customer will be judged to have accepted the goods. Should the products be faulty or damaged, LumenLinks Ltd shall take responsibility for recovery of the goods from the customer within 7 days of delivery if the goods need to be returned. The customer will also be entitled to a full refund if the goods are deemed to be faulty/damaged by LumenLinks Ltd.

It is the responsibility of the customer to return any incorrectly ordered items. LumenLinks Ltd will take no responsibility for the collection of the goods.

We cannot take any returns request via the telephone or e-mail; all returns requests must be made through our website in your account.

Please note, it is at the discretion of LumenLinks Ltd whether a credit or replacement should be issued.

LumenLinks Ltd will operate within the Distance Selling Regulations 2016/2017. Customers have the right to cancel their order up to 14 days after the day they receive delivery of their goods, providing they do so in writing to LumenLinks Ltd. The purchaser has a statutory duty to take good care of the goods during this 14-day cancellation period and to return the goods to LumenLinks Ltd. All costs incurred from the return of goods will be met by the customer. Should LumenLinks Ltd collect the goods, these costs will be passed on to the customer.
